Dr. Adrienne Birthwright is a collaborative leader who enjoys helping clients free up their time to produce more revenue by providing transaction coordinating. Her approach to helping clients restructure operations has been a key component in maximizing efficiency and resolving processing and discrepancies.

For over 40 years she has worked as a Computer Engineer, IT Project Manager, Business Analyst and Real Estate Agent supporting leadership teams in increasing and scaling their business and sales revenue. Her ability to manage large government IT projects ranges from New York infrastructure, law enforcement management systems and business analysis. Her responsibility to get large scale projects and manage large cross functional team’s skills has been a vital component in ensuring the seamless operation and coordination of internal processes.

Adrienne was a high producer as a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker and Century 21. This allows her to better understand the needs of Real Estate Agents have for Transaction Coordinator. She is now looking to transition into the administrative side of real estate business. Dr. Adrienne was able to leverage her knowledge of operational logistics to maximize successful projects. Within budget and bring a meeting of the minds to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals identify areas for process improvement and implement procedures to increase operational efficiency in the transaction process.
